The property is located at the Luxury Private Condominium of Quinta da Marinha Original in Cascais - Portugal. The place is forested with pine trees, other conifers and many other exotic species. It offers 24 hour security, horse back ridding, Health and Racquet Club of Quinta da Marinha, indoor and outdoor Tennis courts, Squash, Padel courts and swimming-pools. The best Golf Greens in Cascais - Oitavos Dunes, are located just in front of the house. There are plenty of restaurants, Hotels, Clubs and SPAs close to the house.
It's located near the
Guincho beach and is at a walking distance from it.

The bedrooms are fully equipped with fiber
optic HD TV's with 69 channels, mainly in English, Portuguese, French and
Spanish. There is free wifi, safes and basic beverages (Tea, coffee and water)
are available. All bedrooms are furnished with in-wall wardrobes. There is a
spectacular view of the Oitavos Dunes Golf Greens, a private swimming-pool and a
1300 square meter garden with grass, pine trees and olive trees (see pictures
on this page).
The house has central heating and a fireplace.
The bathrooms have bidets. The rooms will be rented per night and bike usage,
as well as free car parking in the driveway, is available. Moreover, usage of
swimming pool and garden, as well as lounge chairs, is available. Different
types of breakfast are available (Continental, English or American) at a
separate cost, according to the menu (€8 - 15 ). The usage of hairdryers and
ironing equipment is available on request. Room and toilet cleaning services along
with toiletries are included. The laundry, printer or telephone are charged
separately. Transfers to and from the Lisbon International Airport has a cost
of approximately €30-40, although no insurance is included and services must be
booked in advance. Luggage storage is also available. Drinks are available
according to a menu and upon request.

A propriedade fica situada no condomínio fechado da Quinta da Marinha Original, em Cascais, com segurança 24 h e videovigilância, Centro hípico, Health e Racquet Club da Quinta da Marinha, Campos de ténis cobertos e ao ar livre, squash, courts de padel, piscinas, Golf greens, restaurantes, hoteis, Spa e Club Viva Marinha. Fica muito próximo da Praia do Guincho, como da Casa da Guia, Marina de Cascais. Apenas uns minutos a pé.
A moradia de arquitectura tradicional portuguesa, tem todos os quartos equipados com roupeiros embutidos e cada casa de banho serve dois quartos, tem vista para os campos de golf: Oitavos Dunes e piscina, jardim arrelvado, pinheiros mansos, Oliveiras - área total superior a 1300 m2. Aquecimento central, lareira. O arrendamento de quartos é por noite. Serviço de limpeza de quarto/casa de banho e artigos de higiene incluído, bem como a utilização de secador de cabelo ou equipamento de engomar roupa. Lavandaria, telefone e impressora é debitado à parte. Existe serviço de bar de acordo com Menu a um custo extra. A casa está equipada com alarmes e video vigilância exterior e interior, zonas comuns. O pequeno almoço está disponível, e consoante o tipo, continental, inglês ou americano, (detalhe em Menu) tem um custo à parte entre 8 e 15 € e é servido no jardim. O uso de bicicletas é possível, da piscina e de jardim e cadeiras de deitar. Tem estacionamento gratuito e não carece de reserva.
